Titan Eye+ at Ramgopalpet, Hyderabad (Buy 1 Get 1 Free)

This Review for spects Only Not for staff of this store(staff was good): (In small Titan clearsight+ transitions completely useless) I had purchased two power spects from titan eye+ store at Hyderabad around 2 months back one of them was clearsight+ transitions a single spects costed around INR 15000 from this store in Hyderabad. They are completely useless they are hardly turning grey in sunlight not in dark shades in sun. It's of no use in sunlight working like simple spects. Not worth spending so much money at all. since I shifted to Nagpur I called Titan eye customer care they said visit any store tell them the problem. This titan eye+ store in Manish Nagar Nagpur had 3 employees as soon as they heard I have issue with my spects, two of them left the store, the lady who was left behind was hardly interested in the problem. When I told her that the Transitions lence is hardly turning into grey colour and not getting Dark colour which is beating the purpose which I bought them for to use in sunlight. The lady in the titan store simply said " sir ye wale jyada dark nai honge aap Zeiss wale lelo vo jayada dark honge." Seriously this was your solution after buying a 15K spects 2 months back sticking me with a more expensive lence of Titan. Useless transitions by Titan.

I have been buying glasses from them since many years now. May be more than 6 years. Lenses are perfectly made. Good staff.

Specially writing this review for Sairam, The consultant at the store. He was extremely patient with the testing process, very helpful and guided the correct thing with utmost honesty, also very polite in his way of speaking. Spent nearly three hours there through the entire process of getting tested and selecting a frame, and he was entirely with us guiding us in the best way he could.

Impeccable Customer Service. Thanks to Mr. Ali Abbas- I had to adjust my frame and Ali was generous enough to help me fix it promptly, and without a charge. very friendly staff, and they have a great collection. Highly Recommend! Must Go.

Had been to the store just to fix a broken frame and was in absolute need for it to be fixed. Mr. Ali Abbas has been kind to understand my emergency and fix the frame. He was very helpful and understanding and I'm highly appreciative for the services provided in the store by the staff
