I visited tarnaka store today, the shutter was half down I ask the manager to let us in as I had my grandmother who needs to sit first but he wasn't allowing us in after a battle we got in i told him that I was on here to check on the frame, not sure is audios important or customer even though audio is important atleast speak respectfully, after we entered he is a liar and we were like fools waiting 3 customer came they were attended non of the staff came a attended us we had to select the frames and place the order thru the app... This is very insulting we love Lenskart I shop and encourage my family too that was unexpectabke with ur staff in tarnaka non of them was helpful they had so much of pride and ego and attitude. There were so many manager and pervious staff member who were friendly but this was a very bad experience had a chance I wouldn't have even rated 1 star for they behaviour.. they were late to open the store and lied about no power... Unacceptable behaviour especially the manager I think abbas the remaining staff were not even 1 was kind enough to approach us

I recently went to Tarnaka's LensKart store and my experience was great. The men salesmen (did not get their names) were excessively modest and supportive while I was there. They did visually impaired me in finding a pair of glasses that was just right by directing me with professionalism and a lot of endurance in exhibiting this kind of behaviour towards clients they have never met before is unexpected from them but their commitment made everything easy for me even when it seemed quite difficult at first instance whichever way you look at it. So, if you want excellent services, go here!

No proper response from the staff im in the store from past 20mins nobody is even bothered to ask me why im here .theres no one on the billing counter either .came here to collecy my order the staff is least responsible worst experience

Hi lenskart i asked the Tarnaka store executive to place bausch and lomb contact lenses but " she said that the store is not inclined to place orders from that brand as it is taking longer time (more than 4 days) for the delivery of it thereby causing inconvenience to the customer " it seems so I went to nearby Nacharam store and placed the same order if Nacharam branch can place it why not Tarnaka branch.. did she do it deliberately or is she avoiding doing work. Anyways this behaviour of her's caused me inconvenience i was forced to spend extra time .. by the way the expected delivery date of the order that I placed in Nacharam was 22/4/2026 and to day is 21/04/2026 just one day
