We went for my father eye check up last week to sharada eye hospital at vanasthalipuram and Dr ramakrishna sir well experienced eye specialist and he listen all our quires very patience and he give the best solution for problem. He suggest operation only if required. I am very happy to share my experience here..we can visit for best treatment.

Not having proper knowledge on providing spects but charging too much cost. Doctors are good but dont buy specks in this clinic

Reasonable cost excellent pre and post operation services and very educative.

Too much of waiting time. No value or importance given to patients timings. Reception staff are least bothered. They say whatever they wanna talk about appointments. Timings not followed. We need to sit for hours to complete appointment. Reception staff are least bothered about patients retention. They say you may not come next time if you are unable to wait for appointment. That's the level of quality service. This update is in response to the owner's reply 4 months ago. Thank you for your clarification. We respect your perspective. However, based on our experience, 8 of my family members and relatives have chosen to consult another doctor. A close family member also underwent a mature cataract surgery in another hospital, which was successfully performed.

I underwent two cataract surgeries in this Hospital. Dr. Rama Krishna is a dedicated doctor who listens patient carefully and advise. I underwent cataract surgery for my left eye in the Year 2022 and to right eye recently on 14th August 2025. Both are by Dr. Ramakrishna. No problem resulted after surgery. My sincere appreciation to Dr. Ramakrishna and I am thankful. I suggest everyone Sarada Eye Care.

Horrible hospital pls dont go , hopeless hospital, my mother , and father in law has undergone cataract operation, the problem became more, minimum 2 to 3 hours of waiting , hospital staff only rules the hospital, without any respect even if their is emergency they are telling op is closed

Worst management, but good doctors. I don't understand the logic behind what the receptionist says. If we go out for a while, even after paying, we have to wait for another hour when we return. The one-hour waiting time resets if we leave and come back. It felt like the receptionist was just trying to satisfy her ego. We waited for almost three hours. There might be patients with conditions like diabetes who cannot afford such long waits. I suggest you follow a proper procedure for booking slots. If this procedure continues, the hospital might lose some patients. We are patiently waiting only because we believe the doctors are very good.

I never thought that I will be rating a wonderful hospital and doctor with 2 star. Again I repeat the doctor out here is just excellent but the main problem here is the wait time and the procedure they follow to keep patients on wait The management feels that only their time is valuable but not that of the patients U give them a suggestion towards their betterment, they will show their attitude. Horrible fellows
