I received glasses from them that i couldn't even see out of, i believe they gave me the wrong prescription. When i went to find out whats wrong they told me my eyes needed to adjust to the new prescription after a day i had a huge headache and still could not see through the glasses. When i went back up there they took the glasses to "check the prescription on them" and i havent heard anything back. I guess they are just going to keep them, i didnt get my money back or anything.

I just called them today and told them my name and asked for an appointment and, and told the receptionist I have Ambetter of Tennessee which is envolve vision spent 37 mins on hold for them had to call them from my work phone. To say I'm still waiting .... And if there not interested in accepting my insurance that's ok just don't let me be on the line for that long that was very rude and uncalled for....so I give them no stars shame on them....
