Walmart Vision & Glasses

Came here after getting a brand new pair of glasses in 3 years. I was told they offer free adjustments and could loosen my frames slightly so they didn't hurt me. The lady there took my glasses in the backroom where I could see the tools for adjusting glasses but just took her hands and started bending my glasses. When she brought them back, they looked like someone had stepped on them as both sides were bent opposite ways. I mentioned this and asked if she could balance them, so they looked the same on both sides. She went back to the backroom where at this point, I believe she didn't think I could see her, but she manhandled my glasses again and, this time, cracked the earpiece. I was a bit upset that some glasses I was so glad to get after 3 years were immediately damaged by a place that was meant to make and repair glasses. I showed her where she had cracked the earpiece, and she told me it happens and they were not liable for it. I left pretty upset that my new glasses looked janky now, and the earpiece was cracked, but I thought I'd get over it. It's been a couple of months, and that cracked earpiece keeps grabbing my hair and pulling it out.... and the fact that both sides dont neatly tuck in anymore, but rather still looks like someone stepped on them annoys me. I even googled about this, and it seems like walmart vision centers have the tools to repair what she broke, yet she didn't offer to help at all. She mostly seemed annoyed that she had to do something...

Very friendly, helped me choose the most flattering frames while being very conscientious of my financial boundaries. Offer everything from low cost (yet high quality) frames to high end designer frames.

Ashley in the Vision Center was phenomenal! I came in to find my husband a replacement pair of frames. I was able to show her a picture of his current frames and within seconds she had found the exact replacement pair! She was so fast and very sweet to my kid! Really made my day a lot easier! Thanks Ashley!

The staff really cares. I had a wonderful experience. They were patient friendly and just an all around pleasant experience. Thank you all.

I would give no stars if i could it has almost been a month and i still have no glasses i keep getting told that they had to send them back doesn't meet their standards no phone calls i have to call once a week still no glasses

Got to store before 6pm on a Saturday and the store was already closed .Website said open from 9:00-19:00.

Just don't see the eye doctor there and if you do be prepared for the stuck up ego, because you should have that working out of a Walmart.
