The (doctor) messed up my exam and the result was a wrong script for the glasses I ordered. They do not give refunds or re-exams although I was offered a re-exam after I posted negative reviews on Facebook and got the BBB involved . After posting to the BBB ,they offered for me to be re-exam but i would not feel comfortable being with re-exam , the BBB closed the case. I was wanting a refund for obvious reasons but they had no recourse but close the case as the clinic refused to refund my money.(this is BBB explanation).I was not offered a refund during the exam or after. This person when asked why she was asking the same questions over and over , leaned back in the chair,crossed her arms and suggested we could end the exam. Had I been told it would be a refund I would have taken it and exited. The receptionist verbally attacked me on FB after I posted the review which was very unprofessional. If you go to this (clinic) be aware what you may subjected to upfront by reading this review.
