Dr Bowers is fine, but his staff are the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I arrived ten minutes early, and they won't allow me to enter. I explained that I'm 80 with a new knee, but they didn't care. I've now been standing for 12 minutes and in pain.

Everyone is nice, but they really don't respect your time. I come in 20 milk tea early, and you wait out in the waiting room nearly an hour, and you wait for another hour in the room. Severely disorganized here.
