From the moment you walk in is a pleasant experience. I was immediately greeted with a smile by the very helpful staff, and was taken in within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. Once in i went through a thorough pre-exam and was told what each was for. Once finished immediately taken into see the doctor. He was interested in my eye health, and listened to all of my concerns. Highly recommend this Northgate location and all of the friendly staff I met.

Pro: Was in and out in good very time. Pre-testing was done quickly and and the technician was very nice and friendly. Con: VERY disappointed that I did not have the Doctor that I had sign up for and requested. I had a good reason for wanting that specific doctor (Dr. Stacy) which is why I chose that time slot that had his name on it, yet was seen by Dr. Post instead, who told me they just go with who was available. I was under the impression that the one I signed up for, would be the one I would see. I was seen by Dr. Post, who was fine, but I really wanted Dr. Stacy because as he is also a musician, I knew that he would understand my concerns. about reading music.
