We had a very negative experience due to poor service and inconsistent pricing. The staff member gave multiple different quotes, was unable to provide an itemized receipt, and handled the situation unprofessionally, leaving us feeling taken advantage of. After leaving us a confusing voicemail that added to the situation, she then went outside to smoke.

While I am pleased with the results, the experience was disappointing. The receptionist was disinterested. The doctor was rushed and did not get my glasses right the first time. As a result I had a total of 4 visits during which no one there could be bothered to be helpful. In the end they did get my new glasses right, but I will not be going back.
