I don't normally do reviews. If there is an unfair treatment, extremely long weight or rudeness by a staff member I normally don't do a review , I just don't go back. Well I'm doing this review because this should be shared. I feel awful every time I call this office. I was speaking with someone who mentioned he came from the eye Dr. I needed an eye Dr so I asked for the contact info. I'll be honest, I didn't check the reviews 1st. I called to make an appointment. Rachael answered and the whole conversation made me feel like saying never mind but I just tolerated the rudeness. She was not nice, polite or welcoming. I was giving my insurance info and then I asked a question. She answered: That's what I just said making me feel stupid. I told her I just wanted to be clear. Anyway we finished setting up the appointment, we hang up, I feel horrible but ... whatever. The day of the appointment I missed it and forgot to call. I call the next day. Rachael answered put me on hold right away for over 8 mins. I'm thinking ok they're busy. I don't take it personal but while I'm on whole I clicked over and called again. Another lady answered. Wow what a difference. She didn't put me on hold, she took my call right away. So I'm telling her my name and how I missed my appointment because I double booked and I apologize. I ask for another appointment. She says one moment plz then all of a sudden I hear another voice that wasn't so friendly so I ask who is this and she says Rachael. She say's you can't get another appointment till next month (a month away) . I said ok Thank you. Next thing I hear is a dial tone. This was a Thursday. I was not going to that Eye Dr. I looked up other Eye Drs. Called, they were very nice, gave me an appointment for Monday., I went ( AMAZING STAFF). Then I called this Eye Drs office to cancel my appointment. Rachael answers.... I said Hi, I gave her my name and said I have an appointment, I believe it's on the 19th . I forget exactly what she said but I ask if she could check (only because I needed to make sure it was the right office as I had called 2 offices)., When she said it's the 16th , I knew it was the right office. I politely said Can you cancel my appointment. She said ok. No questions asked about rescheduling or anything just ok Goodbye and hung up. The Hanging Up Part every time gets me. Like how unprofessional. I question does she hang up in everyone like this or is it just ME. Honestly I know she hears my voice and know I'm not.... Never mind. I just feel it's rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't know how good the Dr is because this one receptionist was unwelcoming every single time. Oh and the office That I did go to I did get glasses, top-of-the-line, and spent a lot of money.

Show great concern for their patients

Got hung up on. Before I could even get what I was calling for out. But I wasn't the staff it was the answering service. So rude.
