Dr. Nicola and her entire staff are very efficient ,knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful. They treat each patient with respect and go out of their ways to make them comfortable. Just wish all my appointments were as pleasant.

I've been seeing Dr. Nicola for over a decade now. I've always had a good experience with her and her staff. She does a great job thoroughly answering any concerns I have. Honestly the only Doctor I go out of my way to see downtown!

I am very happy with Dr. Nicola as my ophthalmologist and have been seeing her for years. Not only is she personable and very knowledgeable, her staff is as well....I always feel welcome there and leave knowing I continue to be in good hands for my vision health.

This office is the perfect balance of professional and caring. I get excellent exams and knowledgeable treatment in a relaxed and patient-first environment!

My whole family uses Eye Care Chattanooga and it's been great! From cataract surgery to complicated pediatric problems to aging eyes, we've gotten really good care from nice people and rarely had to wait at all!

My husband just called your office and kindly greeted with a "Good morning." When he asked if the person who answered, a woman, could assist him in Spanish, she abruptly said "NO" and hung up, without even attempting to find an alternative to assist him in a friendly manner. Unlike other clinics, which by law must provide assistance without discrimination to everyone, this experience was highly disappointing. Unfortunately, my husband's doctor was the one who referred him to your office. Thank you for making it clear how your service operates. We will not waste our time and energy seeking care at a place that fails to provide quality service as expected.

On my visit 01/16/2025 while waiting in the waiting room an elderly man enter a long in the office the receptionist ask for his copay of $50.00 he said he only had $6.00 and could you all billed him receptionist apply NO you will have to reschedule and he gave her a credit card to make a payment card was declined the elderly stated he needed to see the doctor then she reply still need to reschedule. So I asked the elderly man if I could paid his copay he replied yes I will pay you back I told him not to worry another couple was sitting in the waiting area she gave me $20.00 to help on his co payment because the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to him. While waiting to be call back doctor came in asked me how are you today I replied I was doing fine until your receptionist was rude to the elderly man and I was going to change my doctor and hope he would do the same due rudeness and unprofessional the doctor ask me which one and state her staff always is loud and will also ask for co-payment up front she then ask me who was the patient I replied did not know his name and she replied I would still seem him if he did not have his co-payment but her receptionist took it upon herself to make that decision. At this point. Im moving elsewhere because of the rudeness and the doctor condone that behavior at office. I liked my eye doctor she is good been going to her for years but her receptionist is not a people person the action of their behavior is jeopardize her business. My score today is a one.

I really love Dr Nicola, I been getting my eyes checked here for maybe ten years or so. She is a sweet heart and cares for her patients, most of the staff are truly amazing, the receptionists are what dreams are made of the really make things super easy. I absolutely love it here it's not like going to the doctor at all, it's more like going to visit friends. I love all of you, you guys are amazing. Keep up the great work!
