Dr Friedrich and staff are fantastic. Great experiance. Efficient and reassuring through the whole process of cataract surgery. I am very happy with the results. Dr Friedrich is the best!!

Horrible. Front office staff unprofessional, rude and unwilling to see patients that are running late. Last year I felt like they really didn't take the time to listen to my concerns and rushed through the testing. This year, the insurance department called to get insurance information (which was my only appt reminder.) Actually, the insurance department called me 3 times within 2 days with questions. I went to my appointment today and was running late. I tried to call several times from my downtown office location and NO ONE answered the phone. I would not have driven 30 minutes if I would have known they don't accept appointments if you are 11 minutes late. They would not bend their "late rule" and see me. I talked to 3 front office employees and all of them were rude. They were not professional and would not see me. I guess it is for the best since I was not satisfied with their services last year. Find another provider who cares to listen, answer their phones & forgives late arrivals.

I have had a good experience with the staff and the staff that do some of the testing on my eyes. They explained what the tests were for and were very professional. Dr Friedrick did my left eye surgery for cataracts and I am very happy with the results. Can't wait until my right eye is done. I would recommend Dr Friedrick.

First year appointment was good, the second year appointment was terrible, staff are rude, front staff tell you one thing on the phone and different in person. The front staff gave me medical advise. I only saw Michele not Dr. Fredrickson. My friends warned me that things were bad at his office, and they have left in the last year. I will not be the fourth in my group of friends to leave his care.

Took my 93 year old grandmother to this office and with Covid I was not allowed to go in with her which is ok however I told them she has dementia and will not know my car that someone needs to walk her back out or just call me to come to the door to get her and I gave my cell number. The nurse said this was not a problem. After waiting for a long time I decided to go in and make sure she was ok and found her sitting on the curb out front crying with her eyes covered to block the light. She couldn't see hardly because her eyes had been dilated and no one called me or walked her out. I could not see the door from the parking spot I was able to get so I'm just thankful I decided to go check on her.

Went for my yearly eye exam and was told if I did not have this surgery I would go blind. After a 2nd opinion discovered he was wrong. I did not need eye surgery. The next day his staff called to tell me everything that could go wrong and to convince me to have this surgery that week. When I let office know I was misdiagnosed they still wanted to do surgery

Had an emergency: eye completely red...saw my doc @galenmedical, who immediately sent me to see Dr Freidrich. Time from referral to diagnosis was less than one hour (lucked out in that appointment time was available). Praise is to the entire team from the insurance/scheduling person, to the initial exam person, to the doctor and his aide. Positive, polite, and very knowledgable people. And Dr Friedrich was very, very professional and attentive and after a very thorough exam assured me I was not in any danger and time would heal the burst vein without any treatment necessary. Just awesome to know everything was OK with my eye. Dr Friedrich, especially, did a great job of explaining the nature of the problem: in this time and day, it was very nice to have a doc that took time to make sure the patient understood the situation. Great to be so reassured. I give them my thanks and highest recommendation to future clients.

I came to this office with a relative to ease her nervousness about getting some tests done for her declining eyesight.As scared as she was once Alison started her testing my aunt felt totally at peace and comfortable.She is a gem and her presence was such a big relief and comforting.We will go no where else but to see her and her office!
