The eye technician and the doctor were really nice. The receptionist were nice as well. I didn't know there were two free parking spaces available and I paid to park. Didn't need glasses and was asked several times about glasses, new lenses, or sunglasses. Good location for me from work, overall all was good. My charge was more than I have paid previously.

Doctors are good but the people up front suck. They wouldn't let my niece have her prescription. She called 5 different times and they never sent it to her. This would frustrate anyone. So when she had to make extra time to go back into the place, the front desk people of course want to blame it on tech issues. Then they print off the prescription and don't even know if that is how the paper is supposed to look. Horrible experience. Just go somewhere else. They clearly don't care.

Due to having RK many years ago, I don't have the easiest eyes to care for. Other eye doctors have given up or said "that will have to be good enough", when the vision was close.
Not Dr. Spencer Sechler. He did not give up. He stuck with me to ensure my scleral lenses fit perfectly and were comfortable. He is a perfectionist with great knowledge and skill.
In addition to being an amazing eye Dr., he is a great human. He is patient, kind, caring and interesting. Thank you to Dr. Sechler for helping me see every day at 100% comfort and sight.

This place really makes you feel at home and provides excellent service! The staff was so helpful in everything from telling you what needs to be done, options available to you and patient care in general. They helped me with a speedy appointment, let me know what was covered by my insurance, they inform of co-pays ahead of time and have a really thorough appointment service. The doctor was great and I can't rave about the staff there enough! This was a great choice for a new eye doctor for me after my move.

Dr. Sechler and his staff are always so wonderful in checking me in and keeping my vision sharp and eyes healthy! If I have an issue after an appointment or need to tweak my prescription, I'm always seen and the issue resolved. Dr. Sechler isn't even on my vision plan, but after seeing other doctors on my plan, I came back to Dr. Sechler because I can see perfectly with his prescriptions and I trust his expertise and professionalism. Highly recommend!
