Great Customer Service!! My son stepped on his glasses and we went to Hamilton Place to use the warranty I was convinced I had purchased. Once the account was looked up it turns I had NOT purchased the warranty! Kristen was able to pull off some magic like a wizard in Harry Potter and repaired them herself!! They didn't even charge me a dime! Thank you so much for being true rock stars!
