I've been working with LensCrafters for over 10 years, I came in and worked with Gwen to get two pairs of glasses, computer glasses and everyday wear. She struggled to figure out how to scan with the iPad, once I got my glasses the range was way off on my computer glasses and the Vision area of my everyday glasses was so tiny that I could barely find my target. I took them in and talked with Matthew the manager and he immediately told me to make another appointment with the optometrist on the other side that they made mistakes when doing my eye exam. He took no responsibility and wouldn't even try to figure out the issues. I came in 3 days later to have the eye exam redone which was useless. I finally went back and talked with Sherry who found Gwen had the wrong prescription on the computer pair of glasses and never lined up the eyesight in the everyday wear. Sherry was extremely helpful, and has sent these back to get remade. She should be the manager, wonderful to work with.

My child accidentally broke their glasses on a Saturday night and was panicked since most places are closed on a Sunday. Luckily, LensCrafters was open. We as a family went in today in hopes of being able to find frames to fit the lenses (since those were unscathed) and Sherry found the perfect fit within minutes of us walking in. She was so kind, helpful, and patient. There were so many great options that we decided to all get a pair while we were there. Sherry and David both made sure to help us find the best pairs and the best deals. It was such a great experience that I will be switching our care over to LensCrafters going forward. Thank you to Sherry and David for making the experience stress free and wonderful.

I had progressive (bifocal) glasses made at the Lenscrafters that I cannot use because the lenses are of very poor quality. They have an extremely small 'sweet spot' where the vision is clear; if you look slightly to the side, everything becomes blurry. I tried to get used to them, but I couldn't. Due to my job as a long-haul trucker and the Christmas holidays, I missed the one-month return window. When I approached the company, they refused to help me at all. I basically threw over $500 down the drain--especially frustrating since my mother-in-law paid less for similar glasses without insurance than I did with mine. When I went to another company, they explained that there are three levels of lens quality and that this place sold me the cheapest option at a premium price without explaining the difference. I advise everyone to avoid them if possible; they offer no support or empathy toward their customers.

I am very frustrated with Lens Crafters. Ordered regular as well as sun glasses at the Hixson, Tn store in November. The regular ones arrived promptly but the sun glasses seem to be lost in the system. I have been told that they are "finishing", "broken during finishing and being redone", "not broken but being redone", not sure of the reason for the delay" - it's a different story each time I call. I have paid for sunglasses which I need and do not have!

Came in several weeks ago to get replacement lenses for my husband under insurance. Store was very disorganized and manager was rude. Person who helped us did not appear very knowledgeable of how things worked. Returned today to pick up new lenses and same person helped us and did not appear to be very knowledgeable of how things worked but better than last visit. Have always dealt with Chris in the past and was well satisfied with service and knowledge. I give your store with Chris 5 stars otherwise 2 stars. My husband and I will not return unless Chris is working that day. Thanks
