Mabry Eye Center: Elizabeth Mabry, MD

Went in for an appointment I waited 4+ weeks for just for them to tell me they do not take my insurance. Why would I have been given an appt in the first place when my whole reason for calling and making an appointment was with asking if they took my insurance. My information was gave over the phone and came for appointment today. My appointment was at 2:00pm and having sat in the lobby for 32 minutes now told my insurance is not accepted. Isn't this something medical offices check prior to the appointment hence back to when I called in the first place. Now I have no time off left for work to find a correct eye doctor that accepts my insurance. Thanks for the waste of time.

I had my first appointment there and you can play your gospel in the lobby (while the country actively does everything GOD SAID NOT TO DO), but play it quieter. I don't want to hear Chris Tomlin claim how great God and merciful he is when his followers can't help their neighbor.

Everyone who helped me here was very thorough and kind. I had an issue that prevented them from getting as clear of a refraction as they would like, so they sent me home with some instructions/eye drops for 4 weeks and had me come back to try again instead of just putting me in glasses that weren't the best prescription they could get. Samantha was especially helpful in helping me pick out a replacement pair of glasses when the ones I picked didn't work for me. She was so understanding and went out of her way to try and figure out a solution for me. Just overall very pleased with this office and staff! Thanks, y'all!

I highly recommend Mabry Eye Center! She and her staff are very professional and make you feel like a family member instead of a customer. She was the second place I went to for my cataract surgery and from the moment I walked in I felt right at home. Her bedside manner is impeccable. I will be telling everyone on Facebook too!

I have always been very nervous about anything getting near my eyes. Dr Mabry and her professional and empathetic staff made my cataract surgeries almost enjoyable and they made sure I was comfortable. I'd rather have them do the surgery than go to the dentist for a tooth cleaning!

Dr. Mabry is the best! I have been seeing her for over 5 years and she has taken wonderful care of my eyes. She is always attentive to any changes or problems and doesn't let anything slip by. The office is a pleasant environment and the equipment top notch. I would recommend this doctor to anyone for their general vision care or eye surgery needs.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staff members made you feel comfortable and were very friendly. Dr Mabry is relaxed even during stress. Love this whole group.
