I'm so sad to hear Dr. Mcdonald is no longer with Eye Glass World. He is certainly the best of the best. Hopefully I can find his new office and follow him there. Eye Glass World lost the best part of their business when he left you. Wishing him well.

Staff is absolutely terrible! ZERO communication as to when my trial contacts arrived or when they'll have a new set to come in and pick up. I had my eye exam back in April and it is now November and I still don't have any contacts. I was told only Dr. McDonald can see me and that he only works on Mondays. My calls are never returned which is extremely unprofessional. Total incompetence on behalf of everyone associated with this establishment.

Dr. McDonald is very thorough with his eye examinations, also makes you feel like part of the family, very personal and caring! The staff he hires is very friendly and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. McDonald since 2007, would never consider going anywhere else. Highly recommended!

My husband saw Dr. McDonald for the first time yesterday. He was very nice and friendly. His is staff was also friendly, as well. I was a little annoyed when we couldn't pay with our Discover card. We were told something had been wrong with the system for some time. I'm glad we actually had another form of payment avail, but feel like this may been an issue the office needs to fix for other patients who may not have other payment options. We will definitely recommend to others and be back for future appts! Very Satisfied!

I absolutely loved my experience with Mc Donald Eye Care & Eyeglass World. The eye Dr was great and answered all my questions. I will be going to Mc Donald Eye Care & Eyeglass World for now on. The people at Eyeglass World are very helpful & really nice. I was going to place where I had been going since 3rd grade but the Dr where I was going was horrible so I asked around and got recommended to here. I wish I had been here a long time ago. Don't go anywhere else go to Mc Donald Eye Care center & Eyeglass World I promise you won't regret it!!!! I am so grateful for Dr. Mc Donald & Eyeglass World!!!

The eye doc was so nice and explained to me every test he did and why. The other employees were super nice and everyone was smiling and checking to see if you needed help picking out glasses. Price is very affordable and good selection to choose from.
