I have mobility issues that necessitate use of a wheel chair and limit the amount of time I am comfortable sitting upright. Dr Nicola and her assistants have been so considerate and professional with my care. Their kindness is appreciated.

Easy to make an appointment. Desk staff is very friendly and helpful with insurance issues. Dr. Nicola is a very nice lady and very knowledgeable on my situation. Thank you.

Dr Nicola saw me related to an eye trauma from a car accident. She did a great job and was very reassuring. More importantly, I followed up with her via email and she responded quickly and compassionately. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to have a doctor treat you so kindly and graciously in these modern times. None of my other doctors are even close to being as available, helpful, and responsive as she was. I highly recommend her.

I needed cataract surgery. Dr. Nicolas office kept referring me to surgeon's who were out of my network. I finally called a surgeon myself and explained what was going on. They took me right away. Nicolas office sucks. If I had listened to her I would have lost all sight in my left eye. Thank goodness I found a Dr. who listened to me. I was diagnosed with a hole in my left retina. She was trying to make me think it was in my head.

Dr. Paula Nicola is very natural at her craft. She's very professional with a lot of kindness and compassion. Makes it look so easy. Laural, does an excellent job also. She talks you through the whole process with a smile.

Dr. Nicola has taken care of our entire family for years. We lover her and wouldn't go anywhere else. She is extremely knowledgable but also very approachable. She is great with kids. She spends extra time answering questions and explaining everything to me. Her staff is friendly and helpful. And her office is clean and inviting. I highly recommend her!

I have been a patient for some time and really like Dr Nicola, but after today's phone interaction with her front office staff, sadly, I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I have been trying to call and schedule my appointment for severals days, left a message and received a call back from Felicia. Felicia seemed to not only lack basic phone etiquette skills, but was downward unfriendly, impolite, and rude. After speaking with her twice, I've asked to speak to someone else and she advised me she was THE ONLY ONE who can schedule my appointment. If this is the case, Dr. Nicola, your practice is in trouble. I highly recommend some basic phone training for Felicia, so she can help your practice succeed and retain your patients.

Great experience! The service was wonderful from the front desk to Dr. Nicola and all the staff I encountered in between. I was impressed with the set up of the office and all the high tech equipment. Everyone was extremely knowledgable and took time answering all my questions. I was incredibly grateful for them helping me with my recently changed insurance. Kudos to Dr. Nicola and her entire staff.
