Dr. Charles Rosenthal is excellent--professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. I had a great experience with him.
However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. I felt rushed while completing my paperwork, which made the process stressful. Additionally, the staff member whose desk is located in the center of the office did not seem attentive or helpful, particularly when I had questions about my vision insurance. As someone unfamiliar with the process, I would have appreciated clearer guidance. Had I not provided a card with my employer's name, I would have left without any information on how to locate my insurance provider.
I also noticed that phone interactions came across as abrupt and unwelcoming, which impacted my overall impression of the office's customer service. While I value the care provided by Dr. Rosenthal, I believe the administrative staff could benefit from improved professionalism and patient support.

The customer service here is wonderful. I needed help picking out a frame that worked for me and I received help. My husband needed a repair for a screw that had fallen out of his frame and Elise was quick to help. I've been coming here for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ended up canceling my appointment here and going elsewhere. The two ladies that work the desk. One young with brown hair and the older lady as well were so rude. They made me feel I was a burden to even ask questions about glasses I was wanting to purchase. The doctors office was nice but remember you have to go through the pearl vision first.
