Our experience was wonderful. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Dr. Brown is very thorough and has great patience with her patients especially the special needs patients. She communicates with the patients very well when explaining their condition. She's readily and willing to refer you if need further care. She checks pass findings to present findings. Love the atmosphere. Great doctor that truly meets the need of those that trust her with their care. Love this for my grandson.

My 4 year old daughter had an appointment here earlier this week. The staff member doing the initial exam, Olivia, was extremely rude. My daughter is speech delayed and when trying to answer one of the tech's questions, she was laughed at the way she speaks. This completely embarrassed my daughter and made her severely uncomfortable. On top of that, while doing another exam, Olivia was very rude in the way she was speaking to her. When she eventually acknowledged that she was speaking rudely, she "apologized" to the adults in the room, not to my daughter. Dr. Brown is truly amazing, but not the staff. I don't understand how, for one, someone can be that rude when working with children. But for two, how this is tolerated.

How is it acceptable to keep a staff member around who clearly is a problem? My friend took her daughter to an eye appointment this week with Dr. Brown and while she was amazing her tech was far from. Not only did Olivia make fun of our girl's speech she laughed at her, made her feel horrible to the point my friend said she shut down! She was beyond condescending and rude doesn't even begin to cover it. Medical appointments are hard enough for an adult but for children it's even scarier. If this is the kind of staff they keep around at this office I would stay far away.

My child has been seeing Dr Brown for almost three years! She is a very knowledgeable practitioner and very communicative. We have enjoyed our time here. The only negative thing I have to say is the wait times are tough, especially with a small child. However they provide that expectation of long wait times up front.

1st time taking my son here. He is 4 when I got to the back we had Olivia and she is not friendly at all. She does NOT need to work with children. Dr. Brown was nice and explained everytJing. The other staff was nice , I just didn't care for the one staff member. Over all O would say 5 stars but I have to give 3 stars due to the lack of understanding that I have a 4 year old boy so there is no need to speak in an aggressive tone. I pay for services and I expect to have a great experience. While I would have liked to give 5 stars based on the overall care, I'm giving 3 stars due to the lack of understanding shown toward my young child. As a paying parent, I expect a welcoming and supportive environment, especially when it comes to pediatric care.

Wonderful staff and experience! I read online reviews that said wait times were terrible but we were in and out in exactly an hour (and that was even with showing up to our apt 10 minutes late due to traffic). Nurses were so friendly and Dr Brown was great! Dr Brown was so gentle and worked so well with my squirmy 7 month old!
