I've been purchasing my glasses here for four years and the customer care is personal, knowledgeable, sensible, and excellent.

Yikes! DO NOT mention wanting to buy glasses online to Julie who works there. They do not have great options as far as frames go, and so I mentioned wanting to get my full prescription actually written down on a piece of paper. They give you a partial prescription for glasses and send you on your way and it's a bit deceiving, if you ask me. So I ask for the full prescription to be written down so that I could order glasses online and Julie absolutely lost her mind. She got really really upset and rambled on for probably 10 minutes about how I should not do that and if I do, do not bring them back to her because she won't fix them or adjust them. Then Steve came in the store and just said OK and yes. When I got out to my car I burst into tears because I was just verbally assaulted for mentioning online glasses. This person has unresolved issues they need to work out with a therapist and not on patients.
