My initial visit was great, the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Loved working with Sam and Hailey! I liked the virtual exam, it was very thorough! The price of my glasses was a bit higher than I expected, but I did go with a higher cost frame for comfort with all the bells and whistles. Just picked them up today and love them so far! I will update my review once I've had my glasses for a while with product quality.
Update: have had the glasses for 2 weeks, wearing all day and love them! Great quality! Thank you!

I love this place. I've been twice now and the experience has been wonderful. It's very high tech, the exam is kinda fun actually. Unfortunately I cannot remember all the names of the people who helped us because the whole team was very but Sam was one of the people who I dealt with most. She was really personable and very helpful. Overall very happy with my experience!

What a great staff!!!! This was my first time using Stanton Optical on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, TN. Everyone was so nice and pleasant to work with. Kendyce worked with me during the exam and was friendly, very professional and helpful. Jerry helped me pick out frames and was so knowledgeable and patient. He even put several frames aside so I could bring someone back with me to help me decide. Jerry made sure that I was getting the best usage of my insurance coverage and had the least amount of out-of-pocket expense. When I picked up my glasses, Hailey took the time to make sure they fit and explained how the progressive lenses work. Unfortunately I had to call to find out that my glasses were ready because they never contacted me. I was told they sent a text, but I never received a text. It only delayed me from picking them up by a couple of days, but I LOVE my frames and it's wonderful to be able to see better. I do have to wonder who they texted instead of me.

Came in today for an eye Exam, they are all so Nice and Friendly ! They have everything pretty much in stock for all your needs and can cut glasses under 20 mins for your lens and all your needs! They have amazing Glasses for a great Price ! Some are 2 for $70 on blue tag frames! Come check them out they have one in Hixson and Gunbarrel! Very Professional and I didn't leave crying like I did before at Another Eyeglass store! You don't want to miss out on your Eye Needs! Beautiful glasses and designers as well ! They also take Accima , Affirm so you don't have to come up with the Payments!

Karim and his team went above and beyond from start to finish--making sure all of our questions were answered and every need was met.
I can confidently say this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time--if not ever. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference.
A special thank you to everyone there for making my son's first eye exam and glasses fitting such a pleasant and memorable experience. We will absolutely be returning, and I'll be recommending Stanton Optical to all of my friends and family.
