They are very professional, kind and friendly as soon you get in to the office at the front desk. They welcome you and make sure you are in place were trust and care are a great combination. My doctor explained to me so patiently and step by step my personal eyes situation. I value this so highly and I know he and his crew give their best version of themselves with any client.

Thompson and Lett is far and away the best optical provider I have been to. I have worn glasses for 62 years, and the level of caring and customer service is impressive. I recently had cataract surgery, and my right eye went extremely well, but the left eye had corneal edema, and has been slower to improve over the last week. Dr Thompson who has been awesome explaining everything called me over the weekend (office closed) to check on me. Later in the day I had an issue that was causing me concern. I wrote Doctor Thompson a text to ask what was going on, and he almost immediately wrote back and set my mind to ease. I think that is amazing in this world to take time/caring on an off day to make sure I was okay. I highly recommend them for your optical needs.

I love going to dr Thompson. The girls at the front desk are very nice and efficient! I never have to wait long and the tests are done quickly. Dr Thompson spends time explaining test results and discussing any issues. I have recommended them to my friends.

My son and I have been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Thompson for several years now for our annual eye exams and I just cannot do justice with words for how amazing our experiences have been year after year. Dr. Thompson is extremely thorough, patient, personable and kind with his exams and we always feel like family when in his care. We always look forward to our visit as we know Dr. Thompson always has our best interest in mind. This past visit we both needed new glasses and also couldn't be happier with the exemplary customer service provided by Michelle to assist with our frame selection. Michelle has always been so patient, kind and helpful each and every time and does so with a smile leaving us very happy customers. Overall, this is simply the best experience we have had with any specialist and cannot imagine going anywhere else for all our vision needs.

Many things pleased my when I first stepped foot in the office on how the reception was done. Confirming my appointment ask for ID and Insurance card. Then I was shown the exam room and was even MORE IMPRESSED when a gentleman walked into the exam room smiled offer his handshake an said " My name is Jim Lett and ask for mine. NOT I'm the DOCTOR and OWNER no big attitude!! My name is Jim and I'm hear to help you this afternoon!.....How refreshing to see the human side of a medical office so welcoming a new patient! Dr. Aaron Thompson is one of the kindest doctors you'll ever meet, and his staff is phenomenal at their jobs! Their office manager Amber is great at her job, and Sylvia helped me pick out just the right pair of new glasses plus tightened and cleaned up my two other pairs. Such a great office team!

I've never had a bad visit here. Dr. Thompson and staff are so thorough. Very kind and courteous. Been a patient for almost 20 years, can't see myself going anywhere else.
