The team worked very well together as I was a walk-in. They were all friendly and very helpful. My glasses had broken over the weekend and I was hoping to get them fixed. They don't have parts but they looked to see if they had my frame there from on display and was able to get my glasses fixed that way. I'm very happy with the service and very impressed by the teamwork!

One of the best experiences at an eye doctor I've ever had! The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and got me into the eye exam area quickly even with it being a busy Saturday. Dr. James was very thorough in her examination of my eyes and answered all my questions. I also appreciated the public display of inclusion of LGBTQ+ folks making it feel like a super safe place to be. Overall, fantastic experience!!

I left a 4 star as I always feel there is room for improvement in providing prompt service to the customers. It took us over an hour just to get the exam done. Us being my husband and I. Ordering glasses was the easy part and did not take as long. Michael was thorough and professional. I do, however, recommend Visionworks for their great selection in frames and quality in customer service all in all.

I visited Visionworks in Chattanooga at Hamilton Place Mall to simply get safety glasses, but ended up buying contact lenses, as well. I couldn't be happier with the time or the service I received. Eli, the gentleman who assisted me, was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Also, the price point was lower than other retailers here in the Cleveland, TN area. They made a customer for life out of me. Highly recommended.

I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, and the staff is top-notch; in particular, Maria and Dalyn were incredibly helpful and friendly during my last visit.
