I had Ricki helping me and she was amazing! She helped me with getting the best deal possible for two sets of glasses and a years supply of contacts. Now that I'm transitioning into needing readers she was very helpful with her explanation with the options offered on my type of lenses. 10/10 recommend Ricki at this location!

I couldn't use my normal account to rate this place for some reason, but I found the service extremely good, the staff fantastic and I got two pairs of glasses wich I desperately needed for cheep my eye sight is around 20/100 and I got it for cheep and my eye appointment for free with the deal. The staff were really good, and very professional they weren't rude in the the slightest, and I'm exited to write a fantastic review, it was extremely good and I would definitely recommend if you want a good experience and fairly good pricing for glasses. 10/10 experience. I'm really exited to say I had a really good experience and I can't complain in the slightest because all the staff were extremely professional, wonderful and, friendly. Great place to go for glasses. I knew there were at least two employees that absolutely hated me but they were so professional and wonderful despite the fact. And I appreciate people being able to separate there beliefs and still be fantastic at customer service. I've always been sensitive to other peoples behavior and I'm extremely impressed they were so professional. And again would 100% recommend going here.

They said they take my daughters vision insurnace and obviously they lied because now I am having to pay the entire bill for my daughter. I called them and they automatically put me on hold without asking if it was ok. First time was ten minutes. Second time they put me on hold for longer. Obviously, they do not treat their customers like other companies. This is my daughters google, but my review because I cant figure out how to use my google account. Either way this is not right to say you take someone's insurance and then bill the customer. This cant be legal when you make the customer believe that the vision insurance was ran through when it wasnt. UPDATE: this company said they accepted her vision insurance and after talking to her vision plan customer service, they told me that my daughters vision plan was not in network with this company. This company said they ran the vision insurance and it was in network, this company lied and obviously did not run her vision insurnace because if we had to pay out of pocket we would have went somewhere else. This is misleading and very dishonest. My daughter will not be coming back.

I have been goi t here for YEARS and people like Timothy are why!! I came in to pick up my boys glasses and Tim remembered my babies and made sure we walked out well cared for. In a world of chaos, I hope everyone gets to enjoy Timothy's presence! Thank u americas best for taking care of us for years!! We love you!!

The exam itself was great! Friendly staff. My biggest complaint is the false advertisement on their pricing. The section I picked from clearly stated 2 pairs if glasses with the progressive lenses would be $213 and some change. To my surprise I picked 2 frames and was told my total was going to be over $700!!!!! I asked the lady helping me what we could adjust and was still quoted over $300!!!

Dr. Crocker is the best!! He doesn't rush you and make sure your needs are met. If you go to any other doctor other than him you will rushed and not taking care for. I was rushed by one doctor here forgot his name because that's how he rude he was wasn't worried about my needs and was over stepping what I was trying to tell what was really wrong with my vision. When I went to the front to reschedule with the best doctor here Mr. Crocker the other doctor wanted to come back afterwards to help me when it was too late. Should've helped me when I was in the exam room and actually listened to my needs.

Their prescriptions are not even accurate. Had to get my exam done three times to get close went to a REAL optometrist and realized they still had me in the wrong prescription Ordered contacts two different times and same thing happened both times -- they told me they'd be here in two weeks then took 5 weeks to arrive. Then i had to call continually leaving message after message to see if they were in and finally they answered the phone and told me yeah they've been here a few days -- although they never bothered calling or texting me to tell me that. Worst customer service ever. Don't settle for this value place if you value your vision.

I recently had my appointment at this location and the staff were very kind and helpful. Tahliyah's customer service was excellent! She was very professional and explained everything so well. I also loved their glasses selections.
