Worst place to get service. Went to get an eye exam for prescription glasses and safety glasses. The glasses were giving me headaches because of the wrong prescription. Got another exam. They changed my prescription. They changed the prescription in my glasses but wanted me to pay to have the new prescription put in my safety glasses. I have already spent close to $600 already. And I should have to repay because of the wrong prescription. They never fixed my safety glass. This has been going on for 6 months. I have been going to them for a few years, but I will not be giving them anymore of my business. I've had issues in the past but nothing to this extent. I will never give them anymore of my business. They have shown that dont care about their customers and have poor customer service and very unprofessional.

I was so happy to get my appointment fast and easily. The checking and the nurse and Dr were so kind . As for the rest to get my glasses no way I will get another glasses with them even though it will be cheaper. I never get a call to get it. I've been calling 17 days later and they never picked up. I finally get a txt msg saying to text them or leave a voice msg and they will respond. To finally be notified the got wrong number on file. I went in to get my glasses and surprisingly "oh you have been charged less now you owe 95 cents" ,and me asking is that why I never the call? And to finally figure out my number was exactly what it supposed to be on file. I paid! Oh and you all you get your and pocket with no cleaning sheet inside (not sure of the name). I will probably go back next year for my exams, but nothing else!!!

The front desk staff is kind and welcoming and the staff in general is friendly. The eye exam can be hit or miss depending on which doctor you get. Unfortunately, the glasses department is severely lacking in competence in my experience. Too many mistakes and errors are made that they expect the customer to come out of pocket for. It is not professional or fair to the customer to be made to pay for mistakes made by the manager. I would personally never purchase or get glasses fitted here.

I was very dissapointed with the service I received at this location. Basically, the glasses I ordered were missing something I had requested. They wouldn't fix the glasses or give me a refund. No proper Visit Summary. My insurance company reversed the order and I can't get a refund of the $333 I paid, or the glasses. The staff says this is all my fault. I have never had this happen when ordering glasses. Think twice before going to this place.

I scheduled an appointment here after confirming over the phone that they accept my insurance. The appointment was a week in advance. They called me the day before my scheduled appointment to tell me they don't think they can take my insurance. I called my insurance company myself to confirm that they would pay for the visit and called back to relay this information. Then, they told me that actually the doctor isn't even going to be there tomorrow. They waited until the day before my appointment to tell me all this and now I'm stuck looking for a new doctor at the last minute. Poor communication and very unprofessional to not only schedule me on a day the doctor isn't in, but to inform me the day before my appointment.

I made an appointment a week in advance with Eye care plus. They stated they accepted my insurance. They called me the day before the appointment to tell me they don't know if it would go through. I called my insurance and they said they would cover it and there not sure why there is any confusion. I called back to tell Eye care plus. They stated the day they scheduled my appointment my doctor wouldn't even be there. Horrible service! I will never use this provider.

The exam itself was fine, but the experience afterward was very disappointing. There was a mistake made while handling my glasses, and instead of addressing it transparently, the staff failed to communicate the issue until I noticed it myself. When I brought it up, the solution offered was dismissive and unhelpful. It wasn't until I escalated the issue that they took responsibility. When I returned later to follow up, I was met with an unprofessional attitude from management, who seemed more focused on my previous frustration than on providing good service. Overall, I was very let down by the way this was handled and won't be returning.

0/5. I would not recommend at all! This business can be summed up in one word: SCAM. Even with insurance, the prices are outrageous. I've worn contacts and glasses for 15 years, and I've never been charged even HALF of what they charged me for an exam, contacts, and glasses. The staff were dismissive and didn't quote my insurance properly despite my mother correcting them several times. They also purposely directed me to the more expensive frames (prices not listed on them by the way) and used words like "not cute" to describe more affordable options. Long story short, we spent over 3 weeks going back and forth with the staff about prices, insurance, and deliveries. The icing on the cake was them "accidentally" sending my contacts to my old eye doctor in another state and not catching their own mistake. The overall experience was very stressful and disappointing. Please seek a different establishment!
