Technically I wasn't a patient never got the chance to be. I scheduled an appointment and made clear what I needed with specialty/medically necessary scleral contacts which I was told they worked with only to be told the day of the appointment that no they do not work with hard scleral lenses and wasted my time.

I have been to other local vision centers and this one was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Paige and Lori were very knowledgeable and eager to help me. Malia was very nice and I could tell she loves her job. The Dr. that saw me (I think Alex), was awesome too. It is so hard to find good service these days, but I can almost guarantee that you will have a great experience at Dr. Calvert's office. I haven't received this level of amazing service in a long time. They made my day! Thank you all for smiling and showing genuine concern for your patients!!

I had an amazing visit to Calvert' MD & Associates. I went in with an issue and expected to make an appointment for an opening at a future date. Much to my surprise, the staff took care of me immediately. What I love about this office is the great friendly staff and Dr. Divya Patel. I always receive great information from her on eye care. She is truly an expert who is wonderful at putting one to ease and ensuring you have a good understanding of the procedures or issues.. I highly recommend this office for anyone requiring Optometry care. Exams are extremely thorough. An overall wonderful experience.

We've been going here for 4 years and I'll now be moving our care to a new office. Your office manager is extremely rude and condescending. She has zero customer service skills.

I absolutely can't say anything negative about this place. The doctor and the technicians positively make you feel welcome and important all at the same time. Even though they are out of my network, I go back every year because their prices are spectacular. Allison, Shawn, and Erin were all great explaining my benefits and were patient when my provider VSP wasn't customer friendly. Thank you guys for all you do. I highly recommend this place.

While there was a delay in seeing me at my appointment time due to medical emergencies, they were very apologetic about the delay. Robert, the technician who worked with me was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable about not only my eyes but explained the processes and machines. He put me at ease immediately. Shelby and Kori at the front desk were both kind and highly efficient during checking and checkout.

It was great experience staff and doctor were really nice. Also have great collection of eye glasses and sunglasses. Doctor is really nice and will tell what should be taken care off. Best Advisor for eyes. My whole family goes there. Thank you for being so wonderful.

I get 1 day off a week and was 10 minutes late to my appointment because of traffic on wilma and I was told I would be treated like a walk-in. I've been going here for 10 years and spending almost $1000 every year and i get told I'm a walk-in now because of something not my fault? I think I'll find another business that will treat me better than that. I guess 10 years of loyalty means nothing to a business any more.
