I went in at the beginning of July to get glasses. Within the first 30 days, I returned them and was told I would receive a refund. It is now September, and I still have not received a refund or any update.
When I called after the first month, I was told the refund check was likely lost in the mail and would be resent. Since then, I have tried calling multiple times with no answer. I also receive automated text messages from the business asking if I need anything, and I have sent several messages requesting an update on my refund, but none have been answered.
It has now been over two months without resolution or communication. At this point, I am convinced I will not receive my refund, and I will never return here.

This is my first experience with Perle Vision, and I can't emphasize enough how awesome the entire team is at this location! When I first walked in, I immediately noticed how organized and clean the office was. Both Ms. Courtney and Ms. Grace are two of the kindest people I've met! They were both so helpful and genuine, and they really made sure I had a seamless experience. Dr. Perry is fantastic! He made sure my exam wasn't overwhelming to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I really felt listened to and cared about. He's a great doctor and that diligence is reflected in his whole team. Truly the best optometrist I've ever been to!
The glasses were quite pricey (around $800), and I was initially concerned that the special lenses might be over-hyped, but after putting on my glasses today, I'm actually stunned! It is the CLEAREST visual experience I've ever had in my life! Literally to a shocking degree. So worth the money, so worth the trip! I really love Perle Vision and I'm heavily thinking about bringing my entire family in from now on to get their glasses! 5 stars!

Great place! Friendly people. The doctor was professional and thorough. It was the first time I had ever had an eye doctor check my eyes after being fitted for contacts to make sure they fit correctly. Maybe it's a small and routine thing, but after a decade of having ill fitting contacts, I really appreciated this step. My contacts are also the most comfortable I've ever had. I'll definitely be back again next year for my annual eye exam!

This office is by far the most professional eye office I've ever been to. They pulled up my insurance information before I walked through the door, and were very accommodating with finding the best deal that worked with my two separate insurance policies. The Dr had not seen me in almost 3 years but talked to me like we were old friends and he acted as if he had studied my case for weeks to prepare for the office visit. My glasses came in less than 4 days later and my contacts came the day after!

Just left Pearle Vision and had a WONDERFUL visit for both my daughter and I! Dr. Perry was extremely thorough, professional and efficient! 100% recommend! Additionally, the receptionists were courteous and knowledgeable and the waiting area was inviting and comfortable. Loved it!
