Sango Eye Care

My experience at sango eye care has been unpleasant to say the least. My interaction with some of the staff have made me feel uncomfortable. I received my glasses and the lenses were scratched and the lady said she couldn't see them as if I was lying. She went to check with a coworker and said "Well she doesn't see them either" they did order me another pair of lenses and I'm still waiting due to the holiday but when I called back Jennifer got smart with me when I asked what was taking so long... she proceeds to say "Well if you look at calendar.." as if I'm incompetent. Just unacceptable customer service. I do appreciate Gabby. She was the best and was very helpful. Looking forward to getting my glasses.

Having been a patient of Sango Eye Care and Northfield Eye Care since 2004, Dr. Bart Lynn and Dr. Alyssa Jackson have taken care of our family's, former employees', neighbors, and friends' eye health, and I have never heard a single complaint about anything from them or from me. This medical facility is patient, talks with the patient, encourages eye visits, and will make the necessary decisions to keep our eyes healthy. I had never been to an optometrist before I discovered Sango Eye Care. From the time I walked in the door, I felt comfortable and at ease. Everyone was very professional and very kind. I make the drive from Nashville without hesitation as I know I can trust the direction and professionalism of the staff here. Whether I am being fitted for new glasses or checking out the latest selection of sunglasses, you can clearly see why this place is number one for eye care. From the time I walked through the door. was greeted with such kindness. That tells me a lot. Nicole was very nice yet professional. Dr. Alyssa was very approachable and still professional. She explained everything and what the next steps would be. She even gave me some pointers for my dry eyes. I'm so happy I've found a Dr for keeps

I have been going to Sango Eye Care since it was on Memorial Drive and was once Radish Eye Care. My oldest son was 5 when he starting seeing Dr. Lynn and was a patient until he moved away at 19. From the moment we walked in the door, I felt so comfortable and knew that we found our eye care place for life. I now see Dr. Jackson and he reminds me of Dr. Lynn which is a great thing! The entire staff is so supportive, kind and patient. I can't imagine going anywhere else for eye care.

My wife and I have been going to Sango Eye Care for a lot of years with Dr Lynn providing our care. We have never been disappointed in his level of care and the staffs willingness to assist with insurance issues and ensuring we get glasses that fully satisfy the need. Would recommend them to anyone needing the service.
