Well, I have to agree that the time management thing is a problem, but I think the it's more overbooking. Many, many chairs, all filled. I had to wait to sit, to fill out my paperwork, but it didn't matter because I didn't get called back until 2 hours past my appointment time. The Doctor was ok but I felt a little rushed. Plan on 3 hour min.

I arrived 30 minutes early and 20 minutes after my scheduled time I was still waiting. When I was told I was next someone else was called in. I asked for a refund and left. I suggest that your office take a course in Time Management. I showed the respect of showing early for you. I see how the respect is retuned. If there was a score lower than 1 star that would've been my rating.

Went today for an appointment after a referral from my primary eye doctor. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! Finally after 8 months of having problems with my eyes and 3 ER visits and an optometrist appointment, I was sent here and they found my problem immediately. I'll definitely recommend them and reschedule if I need any further assistance with my current situation. Thank you, Dr Lesueur!!

My apt was at 10 . I arrive 15 min as asked to fill in paper work. At 10:30 I said I am late for work when will they call me back . Desk person said there is still one person ahead of you . It's now 11 and I still haven't been called . So far I am posting a 1 star and I haven't even been seen . My time is just as important as theirs .

This place is horrible..They need to take inconsideration these complaints. Doesn't seem like they actually care no matter what u say, why would I come to your facility and not see a surgeon,which I was supposed to because I already seen 2 opticians and now a 3rd with a referral. I won't be going back. The young lady didn't make any sense on top of that as well. New management is definitely needed.

Literally haven't even been here yet, and honestly I'm not looking forward to it when I do! Been waiting for a week for them to call me after receiving my referral. They claimed they didn't receive it so I called and had it sent over for a second time!!! I also always get the pleasure of talking to their rudest receptionist who keeps telling me the same thing every time when I'm just trying to get an appointment scheduled!

I took my husband's grandmother there. Her appointment was at 2:45 and we enter called in until 4pm. To top it off they called three people that had gotten the before us one of them which I heard complain that her appointment was at 3pm!
