Everything was ok when I first got my glasses but after a week of having them the headaches wouldn't stop and the line on my glasses were preventing me from getting use to them and obstructing my eyesight. So I took them in and the lady at the desk told me it would be a wait. One of the women that was helping some customers asked me what the issue was, I explained it to her and she automatically stopped what she was doing and helped me out. I haven't gotten my glasses back yet but I'm pretty sure with the level of care that she was giving, they are going to be perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone. The price is more than fair also.
This place is awesome, I went to the visionworks in the Governors Square Mall. It was a thorough exam for glasses, moreso than other places I've gone. The Dr actually recommended the non glare for the issue I've had with my eyes. Other places did not take the time to listen to the issues I've had. The sales lady was super friendly and helpful picking out new frames, honesty is key for me and she helped a lot! She helped me with explaining prices and what I would need for my new pair. All in all was great service. 10/10 recommend
From walking into the store the employees are welcoming. Front desk was and is very courteous moving on to the pretest the gentleman I had was GREAT. Straight to the point and I prefer that. Next was the doctor and he was very professional and friendly. All in all another great visit. Thank and I'll see ya next year.
Dyana Thaler was a great help. She helped me get my glasses back after they were burnt to a crisp from my car accident. Definitely would recommend this place.
I come here because the eye doctor is amazing. I have been coming here, since I graduated highschool.
I had my appointment there on January 15th, and my eyes had been hurting me, and the doctor was really good at explaining that the glasses would help (and they have). This is the first time, I have had insurance in 5 years for vision. I still paid 143.99 out of pocket still. I paid extra for the antiglare, and the blue light, and I got the warranty.
My glasses were going to take, until the 28th. Fine cool whatever. I get a call 4-5 days before I was suppose to pick them up, that they were "delayed" because of manufacturing problems. I call the day that were promised, since I was headed out of town, and she said they were going to be there (the 28th) I got the call, and I went in.
I noticed that the antiglare wasn't on them when I got to work, and I was going to call, but they ended up calling me, saying they sent the wrong pair of glasses, and they're sending me new ones, that I swap them out, no big deal.
My husband goes and picks them up, since we live an hour away from visionworks. My husband does check to make sure, they were my frames.
I get home, and make sure the antiglare is on there, and then I notice there are scratches, they're dirty, and there are little pieces of hair on there. They are staying the box. If I had had to pay out of pocket for these, I would be so mad.
She said to bring them in to check them out. I am not paying for used glasses. This is very frustrating .
I had a great experience with Dr. Adam Beaubien. As a patient who suffers from multiple sclerosis he took the time to explain and check all my needs. He asked great questions and answered all mine.
Purchased a pair of glasses two years ago. The lens kept slipping out and the store just kept tightening it. I asked if there was another option but was brushed off. Came back 2 months later., brushed off again. Waited till almost two years later and no empathy. Just a " so you want to buy new glasses? Wasn't trying to get anything free and once again felt brushed off. APPALLED at the lack of customer service
We purchased the insurance on both my glasses and my 6-year-old's. A few months ago, I did a replacement on mine -- it was fast, easy, and there was zero hassle. When the new pair came in, I went in and swapped them out. Simple.
Today, I called to replace my daughter's glasses because her lenses are completely scratched. Suddenly, I'm told I have to drive an hour to "verify the scratches in person." That requirement did not exist the last time, and nothing on our policy says the rules change depending on who answers the phone.
The representative I spoke with (I believe his name was Leo, probably wrong) asked me to remember the name of the person I talked to months ago -- during a two-minute phone call. I mean, they should check to see who sent off for my glasses and ask why they didnt have me come in person, tgis wouldnt of been an issue. He proceeded to end the conversation with, "Well, since there's nothing else I can do." No escalation, no solution, just dismissal.
I understand policies. I don't understand inconsistency, inconvenience, and poor customer service. If something is a requirement, it should be a requirement every time -- not randomly enforced depending on who picks up the phone.
My daughter needs her glasses for school, and I live an hour away. Making the replacement process unnecessarily difficult isn't good customer service -- it's laziness disguised as "policy."
