Great customer service from everyone. My glasses came in 2 days early and fit great. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things, they just showed me what my options were and let me choose what I wanted without any pressure. Very transparent pricing. Erica did a great job setting me up with exactly what I wanted.

After searching for a new optometrist and going through two in the last few years, we were pleasantly surprised with our service at America's Best! With so many in my family needing glasses, we were able to break the appointments up into a couple of days. We saw both a virtual doctor and a doctor in real life. Someone Finally got our prescriptions right and Tiffany did an amazing job helping everyone in my family pick out frames that they truly loved. I was shocked at how fast the turn around was for our glasses to come in.

Absolute scam. Was seen in June for contact and eyeglasses fitting. Had to ask numerous times for a printed copy of my prescription(they are legally required to give this to a patient) they finally gave it to me but it's just a prescription for a specific brand of contacts. This prevents you from shopping at other vendors. (Against the law) i just called again today for a printed copy of my prescription with no brand name on it. They refused, stating that would require a whole new exam for the brand i want to switch to. Called corporate and they told corporate the same thing. That each brand of contact lenses requires a completely new and different prescription. Lol I have worn contacts for 30 years and this is the only office that requires this. Why? So they can charge you every time. So they refuse to give a patient their medical records, unless you want to pay for a new visit. I have filed a complaint with the TN Board of Health and the FTC. Go literally anywhere else.

I had to get my lenses replaced recently because I scratched them up. Whitney at the store was a great help and thanks to the warranty plan I got them replaced at no charge. Highly recommend!

They have such a lack of communication within their own office. Apparently one of the Doctors recently changed his schedule, and rather than calling his patients to reschedule they instead confirmed my appointment and continued to let me take off work and waste my time just to be told "oh he doesn't work on Mondays anymore". A courtesy call to reschedule my appointment would have been nice. Poor customer service. Not to mention the only thing I needed was for the Doctor to show my son how to put contacts in. The Dr. working in clinic that day refused to do it. Again, poor customer service.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. You have to go back 4x or more to get contacts and glasses. More if you're a new customer. It's ridiculous! Once for exam, once to see the doctor, fitting, and then finalizing your RX. Just ridiculous! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. They did my husband the same way. It's all about traveling 1.5 hours to see the eye doctor and they don't care about your time and how many days it takes to get money! I am going to leave the same review for my husband because we will never EVER go back!

I had a 3:30 appt and arrived a few minutes after 3. They took back the behemoth and her Medicaid children who came in after before me. When they finally called me back, 15 min past appt time, I asked how long my appointment would take because I had an engagement for which I needed to leave by 4. Instead of just answering me, the girl performing my pre testing asked me when I needed to be said place. I explained that is not why I asked. I completed all pre testing and was told there were 6 doctor's on and it wouldn't be be long. All appointments are virtual and you will not see a doctor in real life. I left the office at 4:10 having not been seen
