Cleveland Eye Clinic

Very long wait in the waiting room. My exam felt rushed and when Dr. Luka came in he seemed very frustrated when he asked about my glasses because I told him they didn't look at my glasses. He asked the staff how did they write down the strength of my glasses when they hadn't looked at them and how did they arrive at the numbers on the exam paper. He didn't seem happy at all and did the exam over himself. I felt Dr. Luka was excellent and thorough but he needs better staff that don't rush through the exams. I won't being going back.

Called and made an appointment. The last I spoke with made me an appointment with Dr Todd Lang for the following week. I had been to the practice previously and saw Dr Bramlett several times. When I got to the appointment at the designated time, the receptionist said they didn't have any appointment in their system for me. I explained the situation to her and she just said sorry, we don't have any openings at all this week. I will never go here again and will make sure I tell everyone about their practice and how unprofessional they are. I now understand the low rating they have. .

I am here with my sister today..she had a 10:35 appt. For a follow up ..apparently they don't know how to schedule appropriately..we are still here after a 1 hour and 10 minute wait..and there is 2 people still ahead of us..I would advise an office that can provide better service.

I am very grateful for Cleveland eye clinic! I was recommended to them by a friend from church, And I'm glad we went! My husband had a piece of metal in his eye, and they were able to get it ! The waiting area is also so beautiful. We didn't have to wait that long at all! I highly recommend them to anybody looking for an eye doctor!

Dr lang was very thorough and kind. Very gentle on my sore eyes. I only had to wait about 7 mins. Office was clean and staff were very sweet. No complaints what so ever

Very friendly staff, fast and efficient. They made going to the doctor a very good experience. I would highly recommend.

Came in for a stye removal. Dr. Luka performed procedure but it came back. I called asking for an oral antibiotic that he did not prescribe at time of procedure. They would not send in a prescription without seeing me first. I called my pcp and got an antibiotic and the stye cleared up within a couple of days. They don't listen, or just want to charge insurance for another visit.. the tech desk was rude and very unhelpful, I'm sure they didn't even speak with the doctor.

After getting a piece of rusted metal in my eye the staff here amazed me with their care. The initial phone call to set appointment was easy. Check-In staff was so sweet & kind, they even helped me fill out the paperwork when I struggled to read & write. Doctor Adam took extra steps to reassure & calm me when I started shaking with anxiety. After paying my bill I did not even want to leave the care & incredible energy of this team Thank you soooo much Cleveland Eye Clinic for taking care of me so I can get back to work
