Jerry Allen Richt

Dr. Richt has been my eye doctor since I was in 3rd grade until I moved away. I miss having a doctor's office that treated you like they actually cared. Wait time could be long sometimes but what doctors office isn't now days. When I move back I hope he hasn't retired.

We get to our appointment on time to have our eyes examined, 2 1/2 hours later we are seen, his office staff of one was doing all she could. When they finally return, I couldn't see anything out of them...they were no line bi-focals....I specifically said NO when asked if I wanted this type....then they suggested I come back in for a second examination, because they might have put it in wrong, are you kidding me....I'm going somewhere who has their act together. What a mess...by the way my husband has to take off work for each of these visits....does anyone care about his time.....

Terrible place ! It's stuck in 1960 that's might be reaching too high. Customer service representative doesn't know anything or where your chart is . They all are very scrambled minded and the doc always have some "emergency" don't even set up an appointment very pointless the wait time is always unknown or 30-40 mins what's the point of an appointment. If I could give a negative 100 I would . Only go there if you want you time wasted and want rude customer rep that doesn't know anything! Terrible Terrible Terrible ! go at your own risk!

I have had exams by Dr. Richt multiple times. He is excellent at getting my prescription correct!! I highly recommend!
