Y'all straight out lied to my face when we handed y'all my prescription for my glasses. Y'all said, 'Oh, we don't take your insurance anymore.' Well, pretty funny because my insurance just called y'all and y'all said, 'Yeah, we take your insurance.' But that's okay, even though we have to drive two hours just to get my glasses done. I wish I couldn't leave y'all a star at all because y'all aren't even worth a star, but it won't let me leave this review if I don't leave y'all a star.

My lenses are very thick & nose pads hurt my nose & come off easily. I had softer pads put on last time & came off recently & they put in hard pads & hurt my nose. I called them & they said that's only pads we have. I called Walmart in Ooltewah & she said to come there & she would take care of me! Also had to have prescription changed due to couldn't see as well out of new glasses as could my old ones. They don't seem to care much in Cleveland!

This place is a joke. Nice selection of stuff, however, if you want to buy anything you're out of luck. Ordered my glasses weeks ago and I have went on 3 different times to come and pick them up and they said come back this day and I did and just like before, they only had someone who could show you the glasses! All I need to do is pick them up. They are already paid for! If you want to pick glasses out , it's fine but I suggest you buy them elsewhere or you'll end up in the same predicament as I am They'll even give you a card to call to make sure the person is there for pickup but they never answer the phone. It rings and rings.

I have gone three separate times to attempt to get glasses. They have someone working there who can show you the glasses... They can look and see if your order has arrived... But they cannot give you your glasses nor can they issue you your glasses if you were lucky enough to have been there when someone was able to complete the sale. Then on the day, when there was finally a person who is there who could sell glasses and give glasses... Their system was down! The place is fantastic. The selection is fantastic. Unfortunately, you actually cannot buy anything. It's really more of a place to determine what it is that you want and cannot have.
