Dr. Walley is outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Walley took time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Their expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence in my care, and my vision has never been better. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch eye care!

When it was just Dr. Walley this was a great place. But for the past couple of years it feels like they are more interested in my money than my vision.
Without telling you they add on a "retinal scan" to a regular eye exam and charge you $39 on top of your copay. They did this to me knowing that I already see a eye specialist and get a full eyeball workup every six months.
Similarly there is a lady that sells frames that is aggressive (and reeks of cigarette smoke). When I opted to get frames elsewhere she basically threatened me with more charges.
EDIT: Increasing my rating to 4 starts based on Dr. Walley personally reaching out and addressing my concerns promptly.

Dr. Walley is the best!! He's extremely patient and kind. I was fitted for contacts and glasses. He worked with me until we got the perfect fit! His office staff are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office. Dr. W even sent me a personalized letter thanking me for his business. Now that's a great Doctor!!

Dr. Walley and his staff have been kind, helpful, and amazing helping my son through vision therapy. They keep things fun and engaging while working on the areas that need strengthening. Dr. Walley is really nice to patients. My insurance had a little bit trouble when I made an appointment. He emailed me and made phone calls to get it done. For eye exam he is professional and answered all the questions I have.
Plus, he has the best frame - Lindberg at his center. I have tried a few and chose one as my glasses frame.

Dr. Walley and his staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. I received my eye exam here but got my eyeglasses elsewhere. When my glasses didn't perform as expected, Dr. Walley reconfirmed my prescription and verified the lenses. With poor service and little help from where I purchased the lenses, I returned them and ordered through Dr. Walley. Again, he was patient and helpful and I got lenses that worked. I'll definitely go back and I highly recommend him!
