Doctor Cape and his staff were so helpful and professional! I was so scared but they explained everything they did and that helped calm me. I even got a warm blanket put on me when I was chilly! They truly care about their patients. Doctor Cape is amazing! Surgery went great and smoothly! I very highly recommend Doctor Cape and his staff! Thank you all so much!

My eye doctor in Kennett Missouri sent me to the best eye doctor in Tennessee, Dr. Cape because I had a cataract in one eye and I needed eyelid surgery. The first thing I do is you have to give them $100? I know now why they do that because the weight is so long. I'm sure some people would've probably left. He's overbooked. He don't have time to talk to you. He didn't even do the eyelid test And he told me the cataract I could have it done. I need it and I could have it done if I wanted to, but it was gonna dry out my eye is a waste of time and very unprofessional.

As a 40 year health professional, I found the surgical experience seamless. I felt I was in highly capable hands with Dr. Cape performing my cataract surgery. The staff was kind and efficient and assured that my needs were met. The surgery center appeared clean and organized. I have been so pleased with my vision since the surgery. I'm so glad with my decision to drive from Memphis to have Dr.Cape operate on my eyes. I wouldn't change a thing!

Dr Cape is a wonderful Dr with a very good bedside manner. I am so thankful for all he has done for me and continues to do for me. He is very caring and thoughtful of his patients and I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone. They have all made me comfortable each time I have been to Cape Eye Center wheather it be for surgery or an eye exam.

I have been seeing Dr. Cape for my eyes for many years. Everyone in the office is very courteous and professional. Dr. Cape is a wonderful eye doctor and he is genuinely concerned about his patients. The pressure in my eyes was increasing and he took the time to explain what we needed to do to get the pressure down. The pressure is down, my eyes are clear and feel lots better. I want to share my experience at Cape Surgery Center.... I have been a patient at Dr. Cape's for several years and i hold him and his staff in the highest regard. I have an insight that most people don't have as I also work at Cape Surgery Center. I have seen him day in and day out treat his patients and staff with the utmost of respect and compassion. I have seen grown men weep in recovery as they "see" things that they haven't been able to see in years. I see how meticulous he is and the way our staff goes above and beyond to make every outcome a success. I tell people all the time that "yes, he is an amazing doctor but more importantly....he is a good, kind man". I don't think those two traits always go hand in hand. I am thankful for all he does and continues to do for our community. I worked for a not for profit for many years (in my previous life) and I know what a servant leader is and Dr. Cape humbly fits the criteria. I love that people drive from all over to our small town to see us! It just makes me smile to see Shelby and Madison County and out of state tags in our parking lot. Yea, that's right...it's worth the drive!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Cape & his staff! He and the staff are all kind and truly take the time to listen to you, which means so much! Especially through COVID-19, the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that everything is cleaned multiple times throughout the day, and no crowding whatsoever. I recommend any of my family or friends to come here! Always have a great experience with Dr. Cape; so thankful to have such a high quality doctor so close to home!

I've been seeing Dr Cape for approx 25 yrs, as well as several of my family members. I think he is a caring, thorough, conscientious physician. People come from all over to see him and I can certainly understand why. He has done several surgeries on my husband and other family members which all have been successful and happy patients. Nowadays in our busy lives it is hard to find a good doctor who is also a true christian. Icing on the cake, he calls his surgical patients the night of their surgery just to check on them. I highly recommend Dr Cape and his staff if your looking for a good eye doctor.
