Family Eyecare Center

The Family Eyecare Center really does feel like I'm treated like family. Always gentle, competent, comprehensive and sweet. I have complex eye problems, and Dr. Baker is so thorough and skilled in my eye exams. She wants me to feel reassured, confident and cared for after the exam, that I have her on my team ensuring my healthy eyesight. I'm so grateful to have the Family Eyecare Center nearby in Elizabethton.

I had such a great experience with my eye doctor and the entire office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, patient, and efficient, which made the whole visit stress free. The doctor was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely listened to my concerns instead of rushing through the appointment. I felt confident that my eye health was truly a priority. If you're looking for an eye doctor who is professional, knowledgeable, and kind, I highly recommend this office. Hands down one of the best medical experiences I've had.

First time in today and all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the selection of glasses they had and snagged a pair of cute frames! this will be our new eye care place for the family!

There will never be enough nice things to say about these wonderful people. Dr. Baker and her assistant are absolutely amazing with my toddler. He is on the spectrum and they work wonders. They address him, engage and interact with him in a way that makes he and I both comfortable. They work with us to have both appointments together, let him "help" with my exam, which he loved. When he started getting anxious, they didn't get aggravated. They brought toys into the exam room so help him have a focus. They are amazingly detailed in their exam. I've had glasses for 20 years, and I don't think any other Doctor has ever been as thorough as Dr. Baker is. I've moved my family to this practice, and have every intention of referring every parent who has concerns about their child getting appropriate exams by a competent and compassionate Dr to this office.

I'm 70 years old and I've never had an eye exam so thorough and explained to me where I could understand. Everyone in the office is super nice.. I was very pleased and would recommend Family Eye Care Center to anyone

Dr Brown is focused on my eye care when she is with me. She relates any issues in understandable language. Dr Brown is also interested in her patient and her caring way feels like a blessing.

I had never gone here before and my dog had poked me in the eye with his nail and I wanted to get it looked at to make sure it was ok. They got me in the next day and the staff were very friendly and considerate. Not a long wait time, checked everything out and answered all of my questions. Made me feel super comfortable. I would highly recommend

The staff was friendly and efficient. I was waited on and taken care of in a timely manner. They listened to my concerns and I was told that if I had any problems or questions not to hesitate to call. They even set with me and helped me pick out frames that looked good on.
