I always have an incredibly pleasant experience here with all of the employees. I switched from glasses, after having only worn those for nearly 10 years, to contacts and they were so accommodating and just overall a treat to deal with! And my contacts ended up working out perfectly! 10/10

I had an appointment yesterday. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted with a less than pleasant attitude by Connie. I explained I was there for an appointment and that I was getting an eye exam, contacts exam and the year of contacts for the price I was quoted when I called and made the appointment. I explained that I wouldn't be purchasing glasses from them as I was going elsewhere to purchase the glasses. She asked where and I replied with Costco. She said well can't you just get them to do the exam. I replied with no because they weren't currently doing exams. I told her the quoted price and she said no it could be around 230-260. I said that wasn't what I was quoted. She said well if you have an astigmatism it's more and anyone should know that was her words. I do have an astigmatism so I needed to consider the extra expense as this was a wonderful gift from my daughter. I said well that wasn't quoted during the appointment set up. She was rude and said it's just like 30 dollars, can't you pay that. That's not the principle of it. They should tell customers that when the appointment and quote is given. Anyway after I stepped out and confirmed it was ok and proceed with the possibility of an increase in price her attitude improved. The other employees were extremely kind and very helpful. My exam was flawless and informative. Much respect to the hard working helpful employees but for the rude Connie she could use some retraining on customer service skills. Also the phone operators should disclose a possible price increase. 30 dollars might not be much to some but for myself and so many people 30 dollars is the difference in gas money to get to work and food on the table. I recommend Stanton Optical however possibly call and see if Connie's working first or you might have a lousy day.

Jamie has been AMAZING throughout my whole experience. I can't recommend her enough! She's so knowledgeable, and great to talk to! And she was SO GREAT and honest when picking out my glasses and getting them to the right fit! Will always be back!

I was feeling really defeated picking out frames. I haven't had glasses since I was 19- I'm now 31. The young girl with black hair and black glasses was so sweet. She spent time picking glasses she thought would look good on me and I ultimately chose 2 pair she picked out for me! I was ready to leave and just pay for the eye exam until she showed me some other options.

I made an appointment online for an eye exam, and was surprised to leave the same day with two new pairs of glasses in my prescription for a VERY competitive price! They did say that it depends on their inventory and the prescription you need, so I got a bit lucky, but the fact that it's possible is just awesome. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, and I had a quick, easy, and informative experience!

We were from out of town and my wife's glasses broke and we stopped by to see if they could fix the arm with a new screw and we met Jamie and she was so polite and professional. She fixed the glasses and she was so sweet, it's hard to find great customer service, Big Thanks to Jamie God Bless her

It was that time again! Routine eye exam and picking out some new frames. Connie made it so easy and helped me along the way. Everyone on staff was very welcoming and helpful. I really do appreciate when they explain every step in the pre test room. 5/5 for me!

$79 for 2 pair!!! but for me to replace the glasses my chewed,,$800 cash,kicker you want to see good,better,best bc the$79 the lenses were uniform straight on was best everything else was like vertigo coming on.. I angrily got up and paid my bill $140 exam and one pair never received the second,,NO be careful
