Mallard Eye Care- Fayetteville

I took my son to Dr. Mallard today and am very impressed! They were very efficient. Unfortunately, I didn't get the young lady's name at the front desk, but she was great. Super kind, helpful, and professional. Dr. Mallard was amazing with my son and asked him questions directly and not me. I understood what my son needed and he was very patient finding the right prescription for my son. Definitely recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment for my son, months in advance. I called multiple times before going to the appointment to confirm they weren't closed for lunch, even left a voicemail. Received no call back or answer. I showed up to the appointment and they were open. So I walk in and let them know I am there for his appointment for them to say I either called or texted to cancel the appointment. She couldn't find any information on when or what I texted or said during the "call" and there were no notes written as to the reason for "cancellation". She claimed I canceled so long ago she couldn't pull up any call or text proof but that I canceled. After getting two kids ready and driving 30+ minutes to this appointment that I did not cancel they did not see him and wanted to reschedule for a day months away. I wouldn't have gone through over an hour of getting us all ready and driving to this appointment if I had canceled it. If they would have answered or called me back I could have finished doing what I was doing at home rather than wasting an entire trip and hours of my day.

Good place to go to they treat me nice and everything and I like their service
