The doctor was fantastic! The guy that got me in the very next day made me so very happy because I was having bad allergies in my eyes. I also was able to get an appointment for my boyfriend in the same week. I know this is not normal though. It's because they had a lot of cancellations. And I think it's due to weather. Anyways, I had a wonderful experience. Great place to go!

As always, Dr. Garrett was phenomenal! Being T1D in the beginning stages of retinopathy, she takes the time to answer any questions and concerns, breaks down scientific terms to laymans terms, and provides feedback on how to manage the issue. She is the most caring and patient optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Recommend 10/10!!

Dr. Garrett is very thorough and does not rush. The staff is very friendly and efficient. You might have to wait a little bit but it is well worth it. Efficiency and quality is worth the wait.

The only thing that I enjoyed about this clinic was the Doctor herself. My appt was scheduled for 10am. I didn't leave the office until after 12! That's unheard of! My husband had an appt the same day for 10:30 and had to cancel after he had already been waiting 40 + minutes! The pt sitting next to me said she's been coming here since she was a kid and it's always been this slow! The doctor explained it was due to a new person doing the initial screenings and some miscommunications with how she thought things were to go. I understand there are those kind of days, so I was possibly willing to come back again...until when I tried to check out. I don't know all of the details behind the scenes, but both my HRA and HSA card would not be accepted! Both cards had plenty of money on them. The lady at the desk could have been a bit more helpful or understanding. She didn't look like she wanted to be there. Overall, unfortunately, it was just a bad experience.

Everyone was extremely helpful and kind when running into an insurance issue which was no fault of their own; but everyone worked together for the best outcome and I couldn't be happier. 10/10!

Good visit. Staff and doctors were nice and very helpful. Explained things I could understand.

Had a great visit today to get a foreign object out of my eye. Also asked to get my glasses adjusted while there since the fit wasn't right. Everyone was friendly and professional. It was painless, figuratively and literally!

I've been going here many, many years and due to a medication, I have to come here every 6 months. Dr. Garrett is the absolute best, very professional and nice. If you're concerned about wait times, consider this-why are there so many people scheduled at the same time? Because everyone wants to go there. The staff work really hard and are constantly busy to support their customers in which they also provide great service!
