CA Glasses - Prescription Safety Sports Glasses

Ordered work glasses and the delivery time was much longer than I liked. It gets much worse. Once received the lens in the glasses were 3 times thicker than any saftey glasses I have ever ordered and my prescription is not that strong. It gets worse still. The glasses lasted less than one day. Yes, < 1 day! The lens broke from the corner where glued into the frame. After contacting the company they did admit that I may need to order the full frame type glasses to hold up better and they would send me a pair out and just keep the old pair, but they did require me to give a good review in return. So I threw the glasses away since they are a tremendous safety hazard obviously. The next day I did respond back that I did not really trust the glasses for safety of my eyes after the lens were breaking and falling out the first day I wore them and that I requesting a refund within 7 days instead and that I would leave a review based on my own opinion. Then I received an email stating I would need to return the glasses in 7 days now to receive a refund. I will never use them again obviously and wanted to share my encounter with them. I would not buy any gasses from CA Glasses. I would not trust my eyes to these sub par lens period.

Starting to think this company is a scam. Promised me my $127 youth athletic glasses within 3 weeks of the order, I'm approaching 6 weeks now, and nothing. No tracking information, no one ever answers the phone on the website, nothing. I did get an email at week 4 from who I guess is customer service, and they apologized for the delay, and promised they would process my order right then and there. Now we're another 2 weeks on top of that, and still nothing. Seems like they are scamming me! I've made multiple orders from Zinni Optical and never had an issue...I'm not a paid rep of Zinni, and I have no affiliation with them, they are just a similar website, offering similar products, that actually follows up with their customers and delivers on their promises. I'm sure there are a bunch of websites out there that offer affordable Rx Glasses, that are trustworthy, but CA Glasses doesn't appear to be one of them. A huge red flag: Check their "Google Reviews" page on their website... says they have a 4.9 Rating. Then look at their actual Google Reviews...it's 3.4 out of only 54 reviews. So if you got rid of all the bot reviews, and coerced reviews, I'm sure it would be much lower. All of the most recent reviews are 1-star, and call out quality, customer service, and delivery timelines. I'm one of them.

Ordered some prescription safety glasses from them in early 2024. Received the glasses and loved them. Some of the best glass I've ever seen. Over a year later and the lenses still have zero scratches on them. I think I've broken 3 or 4 frames though and this is where the trouble starts. The frames are awful, the company has apologized and said that they would send me replacements free of charge. That was Jan 2025. I've received no replacement frame so I ordered 2 more. That was beginning of Sept. I received 1 pair today of the wrong glasses. They're not safety glasses at all. This is after USPS seized an order from them because of a counterfeit tracking number. Dont use these guys. Idk what changed but theyre a fake, cheap, Chinese company pretending to be in TN.

Horror story. Offered 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Shipped safety glasses with inadequate packing. Arrived shattered. Safety glasses arrived shattered in shards?! Offered excuses. Asked for pictures. I asked for refund. Then they stopped responding. No refund. No communication. I have emailed and texted dozens of times. Ignoring me.

They sent the wrong glasses and refuse to send me the correct pair. They want to offer a partial discount and leave me stuck with glasses that they admit I did not order. Beware this is a scam company and will not provide you with any normal level of customer support. Im filing a claim with my bank over this transaction. You cannot force me to accept your mistake. I also will not pay additional shipping for your mistake. BUYER BEWARE!! THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!

Pathetic experience. First glasses waited 6 weeks just to receive the wrong glasses which they won't help ship back or reimburse me. Second one which is ski googles order took 8 weeks to end up in issue state :( I should have seen reviews before ordering. Will never order again and not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This organization is horrible. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and they came in scratched. Contacted them and they said they would replace them. It took over 6 weeks and the replacement pair lenses kept falling out. I tried to contact customer support yet again and they just stopped replying to me. Order your glasses somewhere else

This review is about CA Glasses process for refunds. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. When they came, they were much too large for my face and were so loose they fell off my face with any movement? I selected the CA Glasses option for a refund. I followed all their procedures for a refund and, according to the company website, I should have received a refund within 5-7 business days of their receipt of my return which occurred on 8/18. The company confirmed I completed all the steps they required. Yet, I have not received my refund and when I call, they give one excuse after another. The latest doozy is there is only one person in the company who can answer questions about my refund, the accounting manager. Since last Friday (8/22) I've been promised by support that he would respond in 24 hours but only silence to date. The company website is quite clear on refunds in its FAQ is quite clear on returns/refunds. I did everything they asked and just want my money (+- $154). I wouldn't do business with this company until I re-post that it has honored its refund policy.
