The nurses and doctors are really sweet and know what they're doing, but who ever answers the phone.. is another story, unfortunately. I called to see where my glasses are in the delivery process cause I never asked the date they would be delivered and my eyes were starting to get on my nerves, which is mostly my fault because then I wouldn't have to call. Someone lifted the phone and hung up twice. The first time, I called and said "Hello?" No one answered but I heard rustling and they hung up on me! Then, I called once again and someone literally picked up the phone and sat it back down as soon as the call started. I love this place and the little glasses lady though. The calls could use some work, but they really are sweet in person!
