Everything was very well organized and the personnel were very professional. The facility was very clean. The wait time wasn't as bad as I have seen it. Dr. Englehard is the very best!! She goes in to details to explain everything so you can understand and answers all my questions. Highly recommend this facility!

The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Dr Priester and Dr Sunny are both amazing. They are very concerned with each patient and their needs and also with the person as a human being. Dr Priester is an energetic and hard working physician. It's obvious that he cares and is driven by a desire for excellence in his field. it's also evident to his patients that he is concerned with their personal welfare. He is careful to explain procedures, diagnosis and prognosis. Dr khamapirad is a highly skilled physician also driven by a desire for excellence. Both of these Drs reflect the best of the best in eye care. What an amazing experience to be treated at Midsourh Retina Center. Everyone who works here treats the person in a friendly professional way. Thank you all for over 4 years of great eyecare. Thanks for your prayers and your friendship.

I love Dr. Sunny and his staff. Everyone is always friendly and professional. Dr. Sunny takes the time to explain things to me and will pull out the eye model and show me in even more detail so I understand. My grandmother sees a different retina specialist in Jackson and he doesn't explain things (or smile). Dr. Sunny comes into the room smiling. It really does make a difference.

Dr Sunny was just awesome. He explained everything about my current eye condition and steps we may have to take later. He answered all questions and had a great cheerful attitude! The staff was friendly and awesome as well! As a new patient I am already impressed with the level of care.

Everyone from the front desk and in the back were extremely nice. I got in quickly never a long wait. Dr Sunny is an excellent surgeon. I have nothing to say negative about anyone. All the Doctors and staff are great.

Physician was great when I was finally seen. I waited > 2 hours and much of that time in an exam room. Honestly was near walking out. I'm a healthcare professional as well and feel that it is disrespectful not to respect one another's time. If I was 2 hours late to the appointment I am quite sure I wouldn't have been seen. If it wasn't for the excellent care I received once the MD got to me, it would be less than 4 stars, probably 2 maximum

An absolutely fantastic retina clinic! Dr Engelhard is terrific and makes you feel well cared for. The staff at both the Jackson and Paris locations are wonderful - very knowledgeable, know their jobs well and inform you of what's next and treat everyone with respect.

Dr. Engelhard is a fantastic Dr. Easy to get along with and knows her stuff. Her staff are all very nice her surgery coordinator was a little abrupt but all good .
