Eye Centers of Tennessee - Jamestown

Usually we got to the Eye Center of TN in Mcminnville. Recently we moved and changed to the Jamestown office. It looks like we'll be going back to Mcminnville. It was an appointment for a child, got here early like requested, we went back into a room twice now and are STILL waiting for another room. While also having 2 other small babies in tow. Rude service. Issues with operating their own equipment. This is ridiculous. We have been here over an hour and I had to send my 1 babies out to the vehicle with their uncle to try and keep entertained. If you are a business, scheduling appointments for children, have everything ready t to get them through. Don't tell a parent to come in early and then still keep them an hour past their appointment time. Be understanding when you have a family come in that if you take a ridiculous amount of time, the children will get bored and restless. The appointment is for a 6 year old who is absolutely bored out of his mind as well. Definitely won't be back

Dr Smith takes time with all exams and makes sure everything is going great. His staff if also awesome and super nice. I would recommend him for any issues with the eyes.

Dr.Jordan Smith does a great job he has done really well with me and my family and is very good at explaining your results staff does excellent too everyone is so friendly and down to earth

Heather is AMAZING!!! My in-laws had received new glasses shipped from the VA. They were extremely crooked and out of line so bad that neither of them could see. We brought them to this office and explained the issues. Heather kindly took them all and adjusted them so my in-laws could finally see!!! Thank you soooo much! We are recommending your office and Heather to everyone we know!!!

Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor and person. Our family has been seeing him since he first started in Jamestown. Great depth in taking care of all of us. Well informed and kind. Thank you Dr. Smith

Dr. Smith and staff are awesome. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Smith took his time answering any questions or concerns I had. Jenna was extremely helpful to me while i was trying different trial contact lenses we went through 6 till I finally found the right one also can't forget to mention McKenzie who also was very helpful in this process. Jenna helped my daughter pick out new frames for her glasses. Highly recommend Dr. Jordan Smith and staff.

I love Doctor Jordan Smith. He always takes his time to explain everything in detail, and he has genuine empathy for his patients. His staff is wonderful also.
