I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and was greeted and quickly checked in by a friendly receptionist. I had only a brief wait before I was escorted back. The nurses/technicians performed a variety of tests and scans, then my eyes were dilated. A few minutes later I saw Dr. Monica. I had a few questions that she answered for me. Dr. Monica is thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have complete faith in her to give my eyes the best care possible. Having had a serious eye problem in the past, I am grateful to have Dr. Monica and the entire staff at Regional Eye Center to keep my vision at its best.

STAY AWAY. This place deserves ZERO stars.
I was dragged through three pointless visits, repeatedly charged copays, and billed insurance while being given absolutely no real care. They kept sending me back, doing nothing, and billing anyway--that's why the charges are fraudulent. This felt like nothing more than milking patients and insurance.
I was dismissed with claims of "allergies" and handed over-the-counter drops while the real problem was completely ignored.
Dr. Keith Williamson destroyed any faith I had in this facility. Incompetent, dismissive, and a complete waste of time and money.
One single visit to a competent optometrist immediately revealed the truth: a blocked tear duct, which was cleared in under an hour. A problem I suffered with for over six years was solved instantly elsewhere.
I will never return. If you care about your eyesight, do not trust this facility with it.

VERY Good group of Dr's and Nurses.. VERY HELPFULL.. THE 1ST NURSE that did the pre-eye Exam and dilated my eyes really took the time with me to Dial in my prescription for me because I told her my last ones were good but had to be at a certain distance to not be blurry..EVEN thought my vision pretty much showed 20/20, she really took the time to make sure because I told her I was having some trouble seeing street signs and reading at NIGHT mostly while driving.. Also the Dr. (BIRT) was good because i explained i was having an eye twitch and have been a WHILE, luckily it started happening while he was doing the exam. SO he told me what to try for it from his 30yrs experience becauee theres not a lot of actual diagnosis or things to do about my problem. His experience has taught him a few things to try and suggest so im thankful for that. I felt helped and good when I left.. NOW IF I CAN JUST AFFORD the new glasses I'll be in business..

He may be a specialist of the eyes, but he led me in the right direction for further care. 10/10, would recommend this center! I will definitely be returning!

Needed to see opthomolagist & couldn't get in for months thru ins recommended. My vision works location told me how wonderful they were here. I called & had an appointment in two days. Dr.Mitchem was wonderful & got me the drops the drops I needed for my weeping eye. Even though it's a drive from my home, I will keep going here. Wonderful staff!
