Staff very prompt. Quick in for the appt. Answered my questions without hesitation. Very knowledgeable. Picked out a frame and was told it would be 719.00.. was given my eye rx for a frame on line. Not sure why so costly... Maybe your frames need price on them. Or thru online help your customer get them ordered at a more reasonable price.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful while doing it all in a professional manner. We go to the office in Lafayette, TN and love them! We will hit Jo anywhere else and I have been able to get family members to try them, they love them and now they won't go anywhere else. When I first started going to them, it was before Dr. Reed changed to the Portland office. He was very friendly and very professional also.

One the best optometric clinics I've ever been to. Doctor is knowledgeable, helpful and engaged. Really appreciate how much he seems to care. I've been to a lot of doctors in my life and many act like the just want to get to the next patient and go home, but the Lafayette office at least is one that takes the time to really listen and address your concerns.

This is the best eye doctor and staff around these parts, I go to the Lafayette location. I've never felt more comfortable with any physician 's office I've ever been to. Great doctor, very down to earth and friendly. He's very thorough and good at what he does. His staff are amazing, couldn't ask for any better. Fast, friendly and efficient. They go above and beyond in all aspects of what they do. They are experienced, reliable , friendly and kind . You can't go wrong with Dr. Peveler and his staff.
