I happen upon Dr. Jordan and his Office while taking my mother to her appointments. I was so very pleased with the way she was treated and the way they explained everything to her and to me. Dr. Jordan did an excellent job in communicating what could be done and what could not be done, with her eye care. I decided to look into make an appointment for myself. Once I verify they took my insurance. I made an appointment and Dr. Jordan explained everything to me in simple term, I got contacts and glasses, the associates Are very helpful, They walked me through picking out glasses they were. They were patient with me with my contact lens (I have fussy eyes). This is my second year of seeing Dr. Jordan and I highly highly highly recommend Dr. Jordan During a visit to take my mother to her appointments, I discovered Dr. Jordan and his office. Absolutely loved Doctor Jordan. It was my first visit and all the staff and Doctor was absolutely wonderful. Excellent Customer service! For the first time in years Doctor Jordan addressed my eye issues and I actually have some kind of relief. I have seen other doctors and they never addressed my problem. I've been struggling with allergic blepharitis for two months since leaving Alaska. As an ER nurse, I had already tried every over-the-counter product, home remedy, and even consulted with ER physicians I work alongside for advice. I would get a few days of relief after a week of pain and sleepless nights, then the symptoms would come right back. I was so miserable that at one point, in the middle of the night, I honestly contemplated plucking out my eyelashes just to stop the irritation. The next morning, I went to Advanced Eye Care out of sheer desperation. The moment the receptionist saw my eyes, she said, "Oh dear," and immediately checked me in -- no appointment, no hesitation. She made sure I was going to be seen right away. Within minutes, I was in a room, and every staff member I interacted with was so kind and compassionate. Dr. Jordan was incredible. He knew right away what was going on and explained everything clearly. He prescribed a brand-name eye drop that was unfortunately very expensive, even with insurance. Before I even left the office, he spent 15-20 minutes searching for discount cards and checking with his team to help reduce the cost. Thanks to their efforts, they found a coupon that brought the price down from $180 to $25. As a single mom during the holiday season, that kind of kindness and effort meant the world to me. I started the drops yesterday right after leaving the office, and for the first time in two months, I slept through the entire night without pain. I can't express enough gratitude for Dr. Jordan and the entire team at Advanced Eye Care -- they went above and beyond when I truly needed help. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing genuine, compassionate, and expert care.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Everyone was so nice and the doctor was so kind and friendly to our three year old (who was having the appointment). I will definitely be coming back and will be doing my own eye care here. 10/10!!

I've been seeing Dr. Jordan and his crew since I was a child and their consistency is unmatched. I've never been in any business or office with that level of not only swag but also the perfect mixture of professionalism and fun. I've never not laughed while here and I've never been disappointed by the service. I would recommend this place for everything eye related! (They also helped my husband with debris removal in his eye on such short notice and they did not hesitate to accommodate!)

I have been going to Dr Jordan and his team for 16 years. I look forward to my appointment every time I go. It says something about an office when the same staff is still there now, that was there at my first appointment. Dr Jordan takes the time to explain everything and answer your questions. Advanced eyecare is a great choice.
