nice entrance/waiting area. it was clean and had lots of uncomfortable chairs. lol. they also have a small area for buying and fitting glasses.

Dr. Pendel is great, and she was awesome during my exam. She explained everything thoroughly, and her nurse was great.
I was bummed that it took weeks to get my glasses, and they were wrong when they came. The kicker for me was when I went to pick up the glasses the second time around 7:35 (they open at 7:30). The door was locked, but I had to go to work, so I stood outside patiently. When the woman came to unlock the door, she seemed very displeased and didn't even speak. Thankfully I got my glasses and could get out of there, but her attitude was wholly unacceptable.
