Sullins Eye Care

Got appointment today at 10am check up for eyes examine and needed new glasses UHC insurance paid for it the visit checkup and glasses frames !

Such a wonderful experience. I dont go to doctors of any kind unless I have to. They were so kind and the trip was pretty quick. Mrs. Sullins was very kind and the whole experience was definitely worth it.

This center is in our town and for some reason, my spouse and I had been going all the way to Knoxville for our eye care and glasses. Today we tried our local center (Sullins) for the first time. The doctor was caring, concise, and thorough. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable. From now on we won't go anywhere else. Just try them. I promise you'll be impressed!

Both my husband and I were referred to Dr. Trey Sullin several months ago and we couldn't be happier with his excellence in care. He takes the time to listen and makes sure you understand all results. The staff is friendly. It's a non-frilly office, which is awesome. What I mean is, they have barn pictures on the walls, not models promoting glasses. Down home and we love it!! But, to be clear, they have state-of-the-art testing machines. High tech, up-to-date. You will be well taken care of!!

My son has been going here for years they have been so good to him.. highly recommend taking your children here for all your eye care needs. On 7/18/2025 They say on the website lunch is 12pm to 1pm.I I sat outside for almost an hour and by 2pm they were still closed. Plz update you're times so we don't sit outside in 85 degree weather!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I haven't been to an eye doctor in 10 years and even during this time of covid 19 they were friendly, quick, informative, clean and compassionate. The entire staff was wonderful. I did have to wait for a month for an appointment but it was worth it. (Every place I called near me was over a month wait.) They answered all my questions no matter how big or small. I have no insurance and was surprised at how little I spent for 2 pairs of prescription glasses, (one pair is sunglasses) with all the extra things on both. (Anti glare, scratch proof, shatter resistant, UV protection ECT.) I will not go anywhere else.

This is the absolute best place to go for excellent eye care. Dr. Trey Sullins and his expert staff are truly kind, caring and compassionate. They do more than just offer excellent health care, they offer the kind of treatment that far surpasses any other. These days in this very rushed world, it has been a true blessing to find such wonderful people. God bless them all.

No issues for doctor and staff regarding the exam. That was all just fine. I took my own frames, and wanted my new prescription put into these frames. We reviewed the features I wanted, and then I was escorted to the cashier. First time I learned what all this would cost. When the glasses arrived I was notified via text and email. When I went to pick them up, the receptionist simply handed me the glasses through the window and said "Here you go." No offer to come in for fitting, let the optician check the fit, etc. Nothing. Could I at least have a little dusting of customer service on top of my $99 eye exam and $284 lenses?
